Travelling to the West Coast in Denmark you’ll find Mandø, a small island located close to Ribe. You can only access the island within a few hours during the due to the tide water. The oyster trip start in a horse wagon, going out on the low water and from here you can catch your oyster. Fresh & ready to eat with some champagne. The nature is raw – but super stunning.
